Yllä on samana päivänä Espoon Tapiolassa kuvattu kuvasarja, jossa jopa 14 kuvaa on sommiteltu taiteellisten seikkojen mukaan järjestykseen. Kaikki kuvat on otettu mainitussa ajassa illalla klo. 17.00 - 18.00. Alin kuva on otettu kuitenkin ko. päivän aamuna. Kuvauspäivänä pieni matalapaine oli kulkenut heikentyneenä Etelä-Suomen yli koilliseen ja sulautunut lännessä olevaan laajempaan matalapaineeseen. Lounaistuuli oli virinnyt vähän ja useita päiviä vallinnut lähes koko ajan pilvinen sää päättyi tässä pilvipeitteen selvempään rakoilemiseen. Lämpötilat olivat koko huhtikuun alun lähes koko ajan suojan puolella, mutta vain vähän ja ko. päivän ylin lämpötila +3,2 astetta oli kuun lämpimin lukema tähän mennessä. Pilvisestä säästä johtuen lämpötilan vuorokausivaihtelu oli pientä. Niinpä lumipeite suli melko tasaisesti, mutta hitaasti n. viidellä sentillä kuun alusta lukien; ko. päivänä lumipeitteen paksuus laski alle n. 15 sentin. Kosteasta säästä johtuen sulamisvettä ja sadevettä oli kuitenkin paljon ympärillä. Osa sateista tuli kuun alun aikana edelleen myös lumena. Kaikki nämä seikat ilmenivät vaihtelevasti maan pinnassa, kuten näistä kuvista voidaan tarkastella. Tässä kuvassa edellisenä yönä sataneesta lumikuurosta oli jäänyt asfaltin pinnalle vielä koskematon ja ohut kerros suojalunta. Säätilanne: valitse 6.4.2006; Wetter3 A. Wetter3 B.

Above there is a picture series, which is captured in the same day in the district of Tapiola in Espoo. It contains even 14 photos, which are placed in order according to artistic matters. All pictures are captured in the mentioned timescale between 5 pm and 6 pm. However the lowest picture is taken in the morning of this day. During the photoshooting day a small low pressure had been moved over southern Finland to the northeast and it fused into a wider low pressure in the west. A southwesterly wind had been picked up a bit and several days lasting allmost completely cloudy weather ended here, where the cloudcover broke more clearly. Temperatures had been allmost all the time on the thaw side during the early month, but only slightly and this day's maximum temperature +3,2 C was the highest reading of the month so far. Due to the cloudy weather the cycle of night and daytime temperature was small. Therefore the snowcover was melting rather evenly, but slowly for about five centimetres from the start of the month; the depth of the snowcover lowered under about 15cm during this day. Due to the moist weather there was melting water and water from the precipitation plentyfully around though. A part of the precipitation came further in the form of snow during the early month. All these matters were exposed variably on the ground surface as it is observed from these pictures.
