Kuvassa nähdään varisseita mongolianvaahteran (Acer tataricum subsp. ginnala) kukkia. Ko. laji kukkii samaan aikaan esim. monen syreenin (Syringa sp.) kanssa, joista on alempana asiaa tämän kuun 24. päivänä. Niinpä tässä vaiheessa tämä laskeuma oli tyypillinen näkymä Etelä-Suomessa monin paikoin. Tässä laskeuma oli rikkaruohojen täplittämällä hiekkakäytävällä Helsingin Meilahden arboretumissa. Tälläkin vaahteralajilla huonosti pölyttyneet ja hedekukat putoavat kokonaisina, kuten toukokuussa esitellyllä metsävaahteralla (Acer platanoides). In the picture we see shed flowers of Amur Maple (Acer tataricum subsp. ginnala). This species is blooming at the same time as many Lilacs (Syringa sp.), from which there are more said lower in the 24th day of this month. Therefore at this stage this fallout was a typical view in southern Finland in many places. In here the fallout was on a sandy path spotted with weeds in the arboretum of the Meilahti district in Helsinki. Also this maple's poorly pollinated and male flowers drop as a whole, as is the case with Norway Maple (Acer platanoides) shown earlier in May.
